Ceramic film uses nano-ceramic particles that absorb and block infrared heat at the glass — a little reflects, but the real work is IR blocking — all while staying optically clear — which is why it's the tier we recommend most.
At this price, a typical 5-window job starts around a few hundred dollars — and the comfort difference on a west-facing room in July is something you feel the same afternoon.

Does the special apply to businesses too?
Yes — storefronts, offices, and commercial glass qualify. Five-window minimum either way; larger commercial elevations get their own volume pricing.
Why "as low as" $10?
Ceramic film comes in several performance series, and pane size and access affect install time. $10/sq ft is the real starting point for standard panes with a mid-series ceramic — the exact number is in writing before you commit to anything.
Is ceramic film safe on my dual-pane windows?
Usually — but not always, and this is where a real installer earns it. Ceramic works by absorbing infrared heat at the glass, and on certain dual-pane annealed windows that absorbed heat can over-stress the glass. Part of our quote is a film-to-glass compatibility check: if your windows aren't a match for ceramic, we'll tell you and spec a film that is.
