Plain English, no legal boilerplate: what we collect through this site, why, and what we don't do with it. Effective July 17, 2026.
Only what you give us directly — through a contact form, an assessment request, or our website chat. That's typically your name, phone number or email, city, and a description of your project. We don't collect anything beyond what you type in.
To respond to your request, schedule an assessment, and put together a quote. That's the only reason we ask for it.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone outside the service providers that run our site and forms (see below). No marketing lists get sold or rented, period.
Our contact and assessment forms are hosted by Netlify, which processes the submission and delivers it to us. Netlify has its own privacy practices covering that handoff.
If you use the chat assistant on this site, your questions are processed by an AI assistant to help answer them. Please don't submit sensitive information (like a Social Security number or payment details) through the chat.
We may use standard website analytics tools that collect anonymous, aggregated usage data — things like which pages get visited — to understand how the site is used. This data isn't tied back to you personally.
